Horrible, lazy, total rip-off!

First off I booked a week in advanced and because the place it run out of a garage they didn't have a computer to enter my reservation and didn't show because they forgot about my move. Then they send a few guys that are very small and didn't seem like they could lift more than 100 lbs if that let alone move large furniture. They spend 15 minutes doing nothing and getting mats out of the truck. Then they move at a snails pace although I had all my goods boxed and ready to go. 3 hours later they barely managed to get the living and bedroom done. Keep in mind that this is a small 800' 1 bedroom apartment. So when we get to the new place after another 15 minute break they owner calls the mover and starts yelling at him to get the money. The job wasn't done and they demanded to be paid before they took my stuff off the truck. To make matters worse they wanted me to pay for another 2 hours in advanced or they wouldn't unload my stuff. The owner said get the money or don't give him his #$%% period! I ended up paying for another 2 hours and the entire time they did little or nothing. I had to call friends over to help because these bums would have taken all night. I caught the movers on personal calls and sitting around taking breaks whenever I wasn't in site. Ended up paying over $100 an hour for 5 hours and had to do half the work myself. Your better off going to home depot and getting a few day labors!!
